Nobu Mexico City opened at Arcos Bosques in June 2009 as the first Nobu in Mexico, a joint venture between Nobu International and Mexican private investors. The program mirrors the global chain-black cod with miso, yellowtail with jalapeño, rock shrimp tempura, tuna sashimi salad with Matsuhisa onion-soy dressing, signature rolls, omakase at the sushi bar. Larger, less party-driven than the Polanco sibling; a power dinner destination for Santa Fe and Lomas.
